The Three P's
People:
Organizations are about people. In any position in an organization you may have people who manage you, people who supervise you, people who provide you with goods and services or people that you provide with goods and services.

Products:
Regardless of what you do for an organization you are either producing a product or offering a service. This is the point of that organization. Even if your job is to take care of internal administrative tasks at an organization it is important to recognize and regard the product that your organization offers and try to affect that product.

Profits:
Organizations can not exist without profits. Every person in an organization should be conscious of their impact on the profitability of a company.

Ethical
The three p's must be sought after and regarded carefully with a recognition of ethical behavior.
